How quickly can you take over our payroll?
In most cases we can have you fully onboarded and running within a week. We handle the migration from your current provider or in-house process, including HMRC, pension provider and software setup.
How do you charge for payroll?
We keep it simple, you just pay a fixed price per payslip per month, so it’s clear and predictable. There’s no charge for moving over to us, either, we’ll take care of the migration from your current provider or in-house process at no cost. A few one-off items sit outside the per-payslip fee, things like PAYE scheme set ups and closures, pension scheme set ups, and Declarations of Compliance — but they’re always agreed up front, never sprung on you. Get in touch and we’ll put together a clear, no nonsense quote based on your team and what you actually need.
What size businesses do you work with?
Anything from a one person limited company/Sole Trader up to teams of several hundred. We’re especially well-suited to owner-led SMEs and to accountancy practices who want to outsource payroll for their client base.
What software do you use?
We run our payrolls on BrightPay Cloud. It comes with secure employee and employer portals, so your team can access their payslips, P60s and personal details whenever they need them, and you’ve got a clear view of your payroll at any time. If you’d rather we worked with a different system, for example, to fit alongside your existing accounting software or an accountancy partner’s setup, just have a chat with us. Where it makes sense for your business, we’re happy to look at working with other providers too.
Do you work with accountants on a white-label basis?
Yes. We work behind the scenes for accountancy practices across the UK, either fully white-labelled or co-branded. Your clients get a seamless service; you get the time back to focus on advisory work.
